<p>Job Description</p> <p>The role involves tasks related to the production of liquid plant products in all its phases, as required by the operating manual. It involves the knowledge and application of company procedures relating to safety and quality, as well as the execution of one's duties respecting expected times and resources.</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate multiple formulating equipment in accordance with established operator standard work, ensuring adherence to prescribed formulation batch cycle times. </li><li>Setting up and running of multiple semi and automatic filling lines including loading materials operating a wide range of machinery, product clean downs, equipment size changeovers, downtime recording. </li><li>Work within site policies & procedures while performing proceduralized operations safely and efficiently. </li><li>Troubleshoot equipment with assistance and solve problems; provide feedback and corrective actions when processes during the shift do not meet cycle time. </li><li>Operate forklift and perform hand additions to formulation vessels. </li><li>Maintain and improve safety, environmental and housekeeping standards. </li><li>Interpretation of planning documentation, carrying out and recording quality checks. </li><li>Operate various information systems associated with F&P technology. </li><li>Carry out basic maintenance activities on the filling lines and associated plant </li></ul>
