Responsible for following all safety and quality standards required as required by Company Policy. The position functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate packaging line and other plant duties as assigned </li><li>Operate forklift, slipsheet machines, and pallet jacks to move product and load trucks/containers accordingly </li><li>Unload incoming material and document accordingly </li><li>Understand and follow shipping schedule to ensure on time packaging and shipping </li><li>Gather, inspect, and complete paperwork required for shipping and traceability </li><li>Follow all policies and procedures required by Preferred Popcorn that involve the packaging of products </li><li>Complete appropriate documentation in order to comply with company guidelines, not limited to packaging and finished product traceability </li><li>Monitor CCP completing appropriate paperwork </li><li>Perform food safety and quality inspections on finished product </li><li>Collect retention samples from customer orders </li><li>Report any food safety, quality, and occupational concerns to management immediately </li><li>Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness, and BRC/FDA </li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Plant Operations Manager and management </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience</p> <p>0 - 6 Months</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience</p> <p>6 Months - 1 Year</p> <p>Forklift Certification preferred</p>
