Be part of a leading organization that empowers businesses to thrive and grow through expert advice and cutting-edge financial services.</p> <p>As a Vice President in the newly created Business Banking Credit Decisioning Unit, you will support the design and execution of strategic frameworks within Consumer and Community Banking.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Utilize newly implemented platform and framework within Consumer and Community Banking. </li><li>Support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. </li><li>Support program execution across various consumer business units. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation. </li><li>Implement strategies for optimizing lending processes and practices. </li><li>Implement tools and methodologies to enhance lending efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>Identify risk appetite for lending activities. </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. </li><li>Implement standards and practices that enhance clarity and accountability and promote consistency and transparency across the department. </li><li>Lead initiatives with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and delivering measurable results. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field </li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer lending, business banking or strategy within the financial services industry </li><li>Previous experience in governance, risk management and/or compliance </li><li>Strong understanding of consumer lending practices and principles </li><li>Experience in executing high-level strategies and initiatives </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Word </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration </li></ul>
