<p>MPS Group, Inc., is seeking multiple Booth Cleaners to join our team at the GM Flint Assembly facility located in Flint, MI. These individuals will be responsible for janitorial activities, lifting, water blasting, preventative maintenance of cleaning equipment, inspection of waste storage areas and documentation as required. Scheduling subject to union seniority.</p> <p>Shift Details:</p> <p>Shift: 1st Shift</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.</p> <p>Shift: 2nd Shift</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 2:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.</p> <p>Shift: 3rd Shift</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 9:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.</p> <ul> <li>These positions are part time on call as needed. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities and Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Utilizes solvents, high pressure water blasters up to 40,000 psi. </li><li>Performs manual scraping/chipping to clean walls, hoses, windows, grates, lights, robots, etc. </li><li>Executes minor maintenance. </li><li>Vacuums and wipe interior and exterior of equipment. </li><li>Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. </li><li>Performs other specialized paint booth cleaning jobs as required. </li><li>Performs lock out/tag out of equipment for safe entry into energized areas of the paint shop. </li><li>Performs confined space entry procedures for safe entry into confined space areas needing to be cleaned. </li><li>Performs general janitorial functions such as office and restroom cleaning. </li></ul> <p>Requirements and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED. </li><li>Three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting. </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule. </li><li>Moves equipment weighing up to 50 pounds of various size, shape, and weight. </li><li>Positions self in order to perform job duties successfully. </li><li>Must be able to pass a background check. </li><li>Must be able to pass a drug test and physical. </li></ul>
