<p>About Us</p> <p>We are a leading distribution company serving the food processing and packaging industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee a wide range of operational, administrative, and infrastructure responsibilities that support our warehouses, buildings, and teams across multiple locations.</p> <p>The Facilities Manager will lead the day-to-day facility operations, manage vendor relationships, support billing and administrative functions, and execute both strategic and tactical projects. This role requires someone who is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks - from margin analysis to equipment procurement and EDI-related initiatives.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze daily sales performance and investigate margin discrepancies. </li><li>Manage employee time-off tracking and administrative scheduling. </li><li>Oversee monthly billing processes, accrual adjustments, and financial reporting. </li><li>Coordinate receipt and distribution of packaging materials across locations. </li><li>Lead facility maintenance including repairs, security upgrades, and inspections. </li><li>Serve as project manager for initiatives such as EDI setup, warehouse relocations, and company events. </li><li>Meeting and event planning lead responsible for coordination meeting spaces and accommodations. </li><li>Procure office supplies, IT equipment, and manage vendor relationships. </li><li>Maintain building systems including alarms, badges, and communication tools. </li><li>Support internal programs such as phone systems, conference tech, and document retention. </li><li>Act as subject matter expert (SME) for inventory, invoicing, postage, and warehouse operations. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. </li><li>5+ years in facilities management, office administration, or operations. </li><li>Experience in distribution or warehouse environments strongly preferred </li><li>Strong multitasking and project management skills </li><li>Familiarity with EDI, billing systems, or warehouse software is a plus </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities </li><li>Comfortable working in both office and industrial environments </li><li>Tech-savvy with good command of Microsoft Office and facility systems </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <ul> <li>Impactful Role: Be a key operational leader in a fast-paced distribution environment. </li><li>Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and cross-functional project involvement. </li><li>Culture & Benefits: Team-oriented culture with competitive pay, benefits, and a commitment to employee satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>So, what are you waiting for?
