As an event coordinator, you will support the needs of the Strategic Expansion Team (Customer Sales team). You'll be responsible for planning and executing in-person and virtual events. </p> <p>This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for organizational efficiency and project management.</p> <p>In this role, you will collaborate closely with various marketing departments, including regional marketing, partner marketing, business development, sales, and more. This position will report directly to the Account-Based Marketing team (ABM). </p> <p>This is a 6-month, part-time (20-25 hours per week) position based out of Denver, CO, or Oakland, CA.  *Due to contractor status, this position is not eligible for certain Employee Perks and Benefits.</p> <p>Technologies You'll Use</p> <p>Demandbase, Rollworks, Postal.io, Looker, Marketo, Google Suite, Outreach, Salesforce, Coupa, Canva</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Execute event marketing campaigns, including planning, project management, tasks/ticket completion, internal communications, and more for the customer sales team </p> <p>Work closely with the ABM Manager to understand goals and project timelines associated with customer events </p> <p>Liaise with conference organizers to support conference sponsorships and booth builds</p> <p>Plan and execute events such as roundtables, virtual events, customer on-sites, dinners, and happy hours </p> <p>Work closely with the brand/design team on asset fulfillment and management</p> <p>Build and execute Marketo & Salesforce campaigns</p> <p>Create copy for event email, social, and other promotional copy </p> <p>Partner closely with sales and business development teams on the enablement of messaging for marketing campaign promotion and follow-up </p> <p>Assist the team leader with budget management and tracking of goal attainment</p> <p>Participate in team calls, as needed </p> <p>Skills We're Looking For:</p> <p>2 years + experience in events and marketing</p> <p>Extremely strong project management skills</p> <p>An eye for detail </p> <p>Ability to juggle multiple events/campaigns/tasks simultaneously </p> <p>Passion for organization and systems</p> <p>Strong communication skills</p> <p>Highly adaptable and handles change well</p> <p>Go-getter mentality with strong initiative </p> <p>Experience working with one or more of the following tools: Demandbase, Rollworks, Postal.io, Looker, Marketo, Google Suite, Outreach, Salesforce, Coupa, Canva</p> <p>This is a 6-month contract, part-time (20-25 hours per week), hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO, or Oakland, CA, offices. </p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the target position and level.
