<p>Position: Warehouse Supervisor</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of freight. This role oversees shipping and receiving activities, inventory accuracy, and team performance while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of driving operational efficiency while supporting both customer requirements and internal performance goals.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities & Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee all inbound and outbound cargo processes (air and ocean freight)</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure accurate receiving, cargo inspection, labeling, palletization, container loading (FCL), and deconsolidation (LCL)</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor airline cut-off times and CFS deadlines to ensure on-time departures</p> </li><li> <p>Verify accurate weight and dimension capture for rating and compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure proper cargo segregation (DG, bonded, screened, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain strict inventory control procedures, including CFS and Bonded Cargo</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure accurate system updates in WMS/TMS</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with TSA, CBP, OSHA, FMC, and other applicable regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain employee training and certification records</p> </li><li> <p>Train employees on SOPs, compliance, safety, and quality standards</p> </li><li> <p>Investigate and report incidents, damages, or safety violations</p> </li><li> <p>Support customer visits, audits, and operational reviews</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience in a logistics environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and compliance requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with warehouse management systems Magaya, CargoWise, or similar</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lead a successful team</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work with all levels of operation</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual in English and Spanish required</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-Onsite #LI-KB1</p>
