<p>BASIC PURPOSE: Assist in the review of documents provided by customers to open, update, or gain access to accounts, ensuring that compliance is maintained.</p> <p>PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES</p> <p>As a Deposit Review and Compliance Representative, you will be an essential member of the BankFirst Operations team. As such, you will provide support to frontline staff with a variety of deposit related needs, including, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Review and verify documentation required for opening new Trust, Estate, and accounts with Power of Attorney.. </li><li>Review and verify legal documentation. </li><li>Consult with legal council as needed </li><li>Provide support to frontline branch personnel. </li><li>Ensure compliance with policies and procedures </li><li>Review new accounts for accuracy and ensure compliance </li><li>Review a variety of maintenance on accounts to ensure accuracy </li><li>Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs within the department that pertains to Deposit Operations </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: Must have good computer skills, specifically Excel, Word, Adobe Sign.
