<p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manages service request lifecycle </li><li>Prioritize and assign the service requests through use of DevOps software </li><li>Tracks & requests the fulfillment process </li><li>Ensures timely resolution of requests </li><li>Engages with stakeholders for request updates </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in service request management or IT service management. </li><li>Strong understanding of Kanban methodologies and Agile principles.
