<p>Our Patient Concierge will be responsible for the efficiency, accuracy and professionalism of the front desk of Pacific Fertility Center (PFC). The Patient Concierge works in a collaborative relationship with the front desk team as well as with other PFC departments and employees.</p> <p>Everything we do at PFC is guided by our Mission Statement: "As a unified team, guided by the highest ethical standards, we provide our patients with the best quality, individualized, compassionate fertility care."</p> <p>This is a PRN position, requiring availability for 2 to 3 days per week, primarily on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays, with occasional weekday coverage. Shifts are typically 8 hours long and scheduled between 6:45 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, directing calls, and greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and physician referrals in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, laboratory staff, and clinical teams while maintaining strict adherence to privacy and patient care standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately compile, update, and maintain medical records, reports, and patient correspondence.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist patients with completing insurance documentation and consent/privacy forms.</p> </li><li> <p>Support daily clinic operations and perform additional administrative tasks or special projects as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>Minimum of one year of medical administrative experience required </li><li>Bilingual a plus! </li><li>Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system strongly preferred </li></ul> <p>Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience.</p> <p>Part-time Hours.
