We are currently searching for a Compliance Specialist to work at the Mariposa Apartments located in Denver, CO.</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>The Compliance Specialist On-Site is responsible for monitoring the property affordable housing programs. One of the primary duties of this position will be reviewing resident certification and recertification files.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring properties' affordable housing program to ensure that all target numbers are met. </li><li>Reviewing all site move-in certification files to make sure that all households are income qualified before the households move in ready </li><li>Ensure affordability levels are maintained, applicable rents and utility allowances are in place which will be reviewed on all pre-move in and re-certification files.
