<p>The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager plays a critical role in driving the Global PCG Facilities Operations Excellence Strategy by leading continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities. This role supports the CI Director in executing the global roadmap focused on process standardization, digital transformation, data-driven decision making, continuous improvement capability, and manufacturing excellence.</p> <p>The CI Manager partners with Regional Facility Managers (RFMs), Facility Managers (FMs), Technical, Quality, Data, Supply Chain, and Digital/IT teams to implement standard processes, deploy CI tools, build capability, and ensure the successful execution of the 2026 strategic initiatives.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, region-facing role responsible for project leadership, CI training, metrics deployment, site support, and standardization, aligned directly with the global CI roadmap.</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Travel Required: 30%</p> <p>This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.
