Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage Uline's benefits programs, including health, retirement and wellness offerings.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate plans and keep offerings competitive.</p> </li><li> <p>Own the annual benefits cycle, ensuring an excellent experience from renewals through open enrollment.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee leave of absence and workers' compensation programs for consistent, compliant administration.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with our in-house Creative team to simplify complex benefits information into clear, engaging employee communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and HRIS teams on accurate, seamless administration.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with regulations while supporting reporting, audits and program integrity.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years of benefits administration or HR management experience, with 3+ years leading or mentoring others.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with HRIS systems.
