Join us at kdc/one, where the start of some of the most iconic beauty and personal care brands in the world happens.</p> <p>We're looking for a hands-on Equipment Operator with a sharp eye, steady hands, and a passion for keeping production lines running safely.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Operate & care for high-tech gear: fillers and labelers </li><li>Fix and care for equipment to keep things smooth and efficient </li><li>Execute equipment clean-outs, changeovers, and rinses </li><li>Enter product info into our SAP system and keep documentation clean and accurate </li><li>Work with maintenance on preventative tasks </li><li>Keep a close watch on finished batches, the quality, batch codes, and perfect label placement count </li><li>Lead by example in cleanliness, organization, and following safety rules </li><li>Train teammates and step in for the Line Lead as needed </li></ul> <p>Requirements from you:</p> <ul> <li>A High School Diploma or GED (preferred) </li><li>Ideally 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience </li><li>Comfort around SOPs, Work Instructions, and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) </li><li>Strong communication </li><li>Familiarity with SAP and HMI systems?
