We are looking for passionate individuals to join our mission to transform treatment paradigms across the spectrum of antibody-driven diseases.</p> <p>The Accounting Manager will play a key role in managing the company's day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. This individual will support a growing organization by strengthening accounting processes, maintaining compliance with GAAP, and contributing to a scalable financial infrastructure.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting </li><li>Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements </li><li>Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and assist in the design and maintenance of an effective system of internal controls. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, clinical, CMC and operations teams to prepare accruals </li><li>Manage General Ledger activities, including accruals, prepaids, equity and fixed assets </li><li>Support external audits, including preparation of schedules and coordination with auditors </li><li>Assist with preparation of various tax filings requirements </li><li>Conduct technical accounting research and assist with special projects as may arise </li><li>Take on a key role in the semi-monthly payroll process </li><li>Play a key role in ERP implementation </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred) </li><li>3-5 years of progressive public accounting and/or industry experience </li><li>Experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry required </li><li>Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and related accounting considerations </li><li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and proficiency in Excel </li><li>Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls (SOX experience a plus) </li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional, evolving environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Public accounting background (Big 4 or regional firm) </li><li>Experience in a clinical-stage or pre-commercial biotech company </li><li>Exposure to equity accounting, stock-based compensation, or grant accounting </li></ul> <p>Compensation: We understand that compensation is an important part of considering a new opportunity. Our goal is to be transparent so there are no surprises at the end of the process, and you can feel confident that your offer is both fair and equitable. To support that, we're sharing our hiring range for this role upfront: typically for the Manager level we target $130,000 to $160,000. The final offer will take into account a number of factors, including your skills, experience, location, market data, and internal equity.
