<p>Brand Advisor - Jersey City, NJ</p> <p>Department: Field Sales</p> <p>Employment Type: Part Time</p> <p>Location: Jersey City, NJ</p> <p>Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 / hour</p> <p>Description</p> <p>As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you'll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales.</p> <p>You'll get the best of the best training and support from our robust education programs to be set up for success.</p> <p>This position covers the Jersey City, NJ markets. Brand Advisors are scheduled at various beauty retailer locations within their assigned market(s). See below map or click here to view the New Jersey markets.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Be punctual & reliable </li><li>Achieve sales goals </li><li>Educate the retail staff members on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies </li><li>Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines </li><li>Host & participate in branded events, ensuring that sales goals are achieved </li><li>Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift </li><li>Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app </li></ul> <p>Skills & Requirements</p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer </li><li>Excellent beauty retail selling and education background </li><li>Experience hosting beauty retail events </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Professional conduct in-store & demonstrated team player </li><li>Ability to self-motivate & work independently </li><li>Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smart phone apps </li><li>Must have a working smartphone </li><li>Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market </li><li>Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary </li><li>Robust training process & continued education </li><li>Productive coaching & community </li></ul> <p>This is a W2 employee position with Headkount, not a freelance or contractor role.
