With over 150,000 square feet of</p> <p>manufacturing space, we specialize in castings for aerospace, energy, medical equipment and</p> <p>commercial applications.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Responsible for machining castings and other products that meet external quality requirements.</p> <p>Principle Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Sets-up and operates manual machining equipment. </li><li>Sets-up and operates CNC machining equipment. </li><li>Performs visual and dimensional inspection on product per procedures. </li><li>Performs deburr operations. </li><li>Performs dimensional inspection on product using a CMM, calipers, micrometers and height gauges. </li><li>Identifies when changes with set-up procedures are necessary. </li><li>Performs preventative maintenance on machining equipment. </li><li>Troubleshoots machining programs. </li><li>Maintains lot integrity. </li><li>Ensures paperwork is properly done. </li><li>Helps other areas as needed. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Conventional and/or CNC machinist certificate. </li><li>Able to work in a production environment. </li><li>Able to read and comprehend English. </li><li>Able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. </li><li>Able to </li></ul>
