Must have a Driver's license.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with housing providers and the Veterans Administration </li><li>Develop and maintain community resource guides </li><li>Secure permanent housing placements </li><li>Liaise with landlords on leases, utilities, and move-ins </li><li>Coordinate with case management staff </li><li>Maintain case records and documentation </li><li>Obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid </li><li>On-call responsibilities, compliance, incident reporting, etc. </li></ul> <p>#ICLOTHER</p>
