You build leadership experience, ensuring design team deliverables, design DNA and vision alignment with key strategies and process, calendar gates, seasonal briefs, consumer focus and overarching business objectives</p> </li><li> <p>You work on medium to high complexity products, with a high level of aesthetic competence</p> </li><li> <p>You drive and inspire design ideas with a focus on craftsmanship and excellence. You are highly experienced at presenting design work to a large audience in a very compelling way. For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel.
