<p>Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc., is seeking an experienced and motivated Night Supervisor to oversee operations across commercial facilities throughout the South Shore and Greater Boston area.</p> <p>Our Supervisor will:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct job inspections and quality control checks </li><li>Follow up on client concerns and ensure issues are resolved professionally and promptly </li><li>Assist with staffing coverage, callouts and operational troubleshooting as needed </li><li>Support, train and motivate cleaning technicians in the field </li><li>Perform project work, detail cleaning, and specialty services when needed </li><li>Deliver supplies and provide operational support to field staff </li><li>Ensure company cleaning specifications and procedures are consistently followed </li><li>Communicate regularly with management regarding staffing, quality, client concerns, and operational needs. </li><li>Help maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment- </li></ul> <p>We are looking for a candidate who:</p> <ul> <li>has industry and project work knowledge </li><li>has management experience </li><li>has training experience </li><li>is bilingual (Portuguese preferred) </li><li>is available to work 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday through Friday (some flexibility available) </li><li>works well with others </li><li>is adaptable/able to change </li><li>has the ability to learn and to teach </li><li>has an eye for detail </li><li>has a good attitude </li><li>is able to conduct interviews </li><li>is self-motivated </li></ul> <p>We offer: a competitive salary based on experience, company support and training, opportunities for advancement within a growing company, year-round work.</p> <p>Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.</p>
