<p>The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U!TK Elevator is currently seeking Production Operator I in Byhalia, MS.</p> <p>Responsible for the safe operation of production equipment in a manufacturing environment, ensuring specifications are accurate and completion of necessary paperwork.</p> <ul> <li>Must adhere to all safe work practices and rules </li><li>Assemble, setup and disassemble multiple types of production equipment for processing and packaging </li><li>Operate and maintain 6S of key production equipment not limited to a specific manufacturing area </li><li>Performs autonomous maintenance </li><li>Operate specific equipment within a designated area as directed by work instructions </li><li>Meet daily production goals and requirements </li><li>Responsible for product quality and makes adjustments to equipment as necessary </li><li>Ensure weights and methods are accurate and all regulatory requirements are met </li><li>Proper completion of required paperwork </li><li>Follow GMP(s) and QCP(s) at all times </li><li>Immediately report safety and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel </li><li>Train and instruct other team members how to properly operate equipment </li><li>Coordinate with multiple departments to meet production demands </li><li>Interface with basic manufacturing computer systems for inventory and machine control </li></ul> <p>This is a safety sensitive position.</p>
