At these events, Lead Generation Specialists will engage Medicare seniors in the community with the ultimate goal of having those individuals become patients of Oak Street Health, if they're interested.</p> <p>On a daily basis, Lead Generation Specialists will be the 'face of OSH' in their assigned territory's CVS store locations and drive valuable local growth for OSH centers. Lead Generation Specialists will host multiple activation events each day while also partnering very closely with a central team of OSH growth teammates and call center representatives.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>New Prospective Patient Engagement</p> </li><li> <p>On a daily basis, generate high-quality leads (prospective patients interested in learning more about OSH and/ or becoming OSH patients) by effectively engaging Medicare seniors through event execution at multiple CVS retail locations in their assigned territory</p> </li><li> <p>Maintaining knowledge of internal sales systems (i.e., Salesforce) and organizational goals by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating with OSH central growth and call center teams, as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Relationship Development</p> </li><li> <p>Develop strong relationships with prospects who frequent CVS locations in assigned territory</p> </li><li> <p>Capture and record customer information and sales activity into customer relationship management (CRM) system and other business systems</p> </li><li> <p>Acting as point of contact for central call center team if there are any questions about the prospective OSH patient</p> </li><li> <p>Resolving any concerns & complaints new prospects may have about Oak Street Health by working with the prospect to understand the concern or direct them to another Oak Street employee</p> </li></ul> <p>Anticipated Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Time Type</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$18.50 - $35.29</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
