<p>Piper Companies is currently looking for an experienced Biomed Equipment Technician in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) to work for a large healthcare network in support of imaging services.</p> <p>Responsibilities for the Technician include:</p> <ul> <li>Perform repair and scheduled maintenance on patient and non-patient electronic/mechanical equipment such as Anesthesia machines, NICU equipment, Fetal monitors, Lab equipment, Blood Cell Savers, and other Diagnostic and monitoring equipment. </li><li>Conduct quality assurance inspections and installations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the Technician include:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 4 years of experience with board level troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on general and specialized biomedical equipment. </li></ul> <p>Must have OR (operating room) equipment experience</p> <ul> <li>Must have experience repairing and troubleshooting Philips monitoring equipment </li><li>Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Technician:</p> <ul> <li>$36-40/hr, variable upwards dependent upon experience </li><li>Eligible for Overtime </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package: 401k, PTO, medical/dental/vision </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 6/25/2025.
