We're focused on driving the maximum value for our people, our capabilities and our media investments for some of the world's leading brands.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Provide support to Finance Department with focus on revenue recognition in preparation of Month End and Forecast submissions while reporting to the VP, Finance and assisting with client reporting and profitability analysis.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work with Corporate Finance team to support all client reporting required for the Zenith clients including burn and profitability for internal review. </li><li>Prepare journal entries for Month End close related to revenue recognition. </li><li>Assist with preparation of monthly Revenue forecast for both fee and commission-based clients. </li><li>Support in completing all Groupe reporting, scheduled and ad hoc </li><li>Work with client finance in review client monthly billings </li><li>Work with and gain knowledge of the several financial and media databases that are updated on monthly basis </li><li>Assist in preparation of supporting documents for financial audits </li><li>Assist with working with Operations team in managing time reporting across Zenith clients </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration (accounting/finance majors preferred) </li><li>2+ Years of Experience in a Finance role </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Experience with SAP preferred. </li><li>Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills required. </li><li>Must be very detail oriented </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
