Based on experience</p> <p>WORK CALENDAR: 180 Days</p> <p>STANDARD HOURS: 2 Hours/Day, 5 days/Week (Home Based Service)</p> <p>CORP STATUS: Classified</p> <p>PERF: CPCSC is a Non-PERF District</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>A contract position is available for a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated 1:1</p> <p>care in a school setting located in Whiteland, IN. This role requires a compassionate professional</p> <p>skilled in delivering individualized nursing support to a student who requires focused, one-on-</p> <p>one attention to thrive academically and medically throughout the school day.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>? Provide direct 1:1 nursing care to students with specific health needs</p> <p>? Monitor and manage medical conditions while at school and/or home setting,</p> <p>implementing care plans effectively</p> <p>? Communicate with school staff and family to ensure coordinated care</p> <p>? Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with policies</p> <p>? Respond promptly to medical emergencies and daily health concerns</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>? Current and valid RN license is required</p> <p>? Experience in school nursing or young adult care preferred</p> <p>? Strong ability to work independently and advocate for student health needs</p> <p>? Excellent communication and organizational skills</p> <p>?
