Vetcor's University Recruiting Program builds a strong student pipeline through well-defined and purposeful outreach, events, campus relationships, and veterinary student programs.</p> <p>The Program Coordinator will work closely with other University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition team members to help attract and recruit veterinary students. This role will provide direct support to the University Recruiters with a focus on streamlining our current veterinary student program and events processes.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate is someone who truly enjoys building relationships and providing high levels of customer service. Work will be primarily remote with required travel to support conferences and career fairs.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Campus Relationship Management</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with and process payments for Vetcor Student Ambassadors</p> </li><li> <p>Post and update job ads at universities, Handshake, LinkedIn, and others</p> </li><li> <p>Campus Events</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the coordination of events, including virtual and on-site presentations, career fairs, and Vetcor hosted social events</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Event Coordination activities include, but are not limited to: Registration/booking, catering orders, collateral supply, and selection of attendees <p></p> </li><li> <p>Student Program Support</p> </li><li> <p>Provide intake support to students interested in Vetcor's veterinary student programs</p> </li><li> <p>Be a resource for Vetcor practice staff and leadership teams interested in the veterinary externship and summer job programs</p> </li><li> <p>Collect required documentation for students participating in Vetcor's vet student programs</p> </li><li> <p>Manage student program requisitions, applications in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)</p> </li><li> <p>Manage pipelines in the Candidate Relationship Management System (iCIMS)</p> </li><li> <p>Administrative Support</p> </li><li> <p>Departmental process, policy, and procedure documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Manage departmental invoices, resources, and documents on the company intranet</p> </li><li> <p>Manage departmental inbox</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Associate degree </li><li>1-2 years of recruiting or event coordination experience (campus or vet industry = bonus points!) </li><li>Experience working with an ATS and/or CRM (iCIMS experience is a plus) </li><li>Excel experience is required </li><li>Love for pets and people </li></ul> <p>Where we are</p> <p>Established in 1997, Vetcor is a leading network of over 900 veterinary practices in 43 states.
