We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, upbeat, and dynamic individual to work with a well-established, family owned pest services company.</p> <p>Braman is seeking a Customer Service Representative to effectively conduct inside sales calls, scheduling, and customer/technician communications by performing the following essential duties:</p> <ul> <li>Receives and processes a high volume of phone calls from clients, prospective customers, and Braman employees in a prompt, courteous manner. </li><li>Provides accurate answers to client questions. </li><li>Conducts inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers, such as selling services to prospective clients and upgrading existing services. </li><li>Conducts routing activities and schedules appointments for technicians and sales staff. Arranges service appointments with clients as directed by Service Manager and CSR Supervisor. </li><li>Facilitates effective communication in a timely manner to peers, clients, and management.
