<p>What to Expect</p> <p>The Manager, Operations and Engineering will be responsible for Operations and Engineering of Battery Structure at GigaFactory Nevada. This role will oversee the operation of automated welding and E-coat painting of Battery Structure (Enclosures and Top Covers), focusing on safety, build plan attainment, quality, cost efficiency, and team leadership while driving continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
