Follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>This position would be remote, but the right candidate will sit in either Raleigh, NC or Richmond, VA.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Present marketing plan and tactics to gain buy-in with key stakeholders (Doctors, PM, RDO, LW marketing).</p> </li><li> <p>Execute marketing plan tactics to meet practice goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for monitoring and reporting on marketing tactic results. With the following metrics and minimum benchmarks.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads (based on NP goals)</p> </li><li> <p>Missed Call Rate = 10%</p> </li><li> <p>Lead Conversion rate = 50%</p> </li><li> <p>Scheduled appointments (based on NP goal)</p> </li><li> <p>Marketing ROI = 50:1</p> </li><li> <p>Google review growth = 2.5%</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with the internal team and external vendors to support activities necessary for executing the marketing plan.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with practice leadership on internal events and local marketing activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor marketing spending to ensure all expenditures are within budget</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure brand continuity is upheld throughout all marketing efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and order marketing materials as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Audit and optimize digital marketing/patient touch points, patient experience platform, online scheduling, Liine, website, Google Business profile, and social media platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with operations, setting and meeting goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Support internal Lightwave events with in-person responsibilities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BS/BA degree in business, marketing or communications. </li><li>3 years of relevant marketing experience. (Additional 3+ years of experience can be used in lieu of education requirements.) </li><li>Experience with executing marketing tactics for B2C and B2B markets. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and manage agencies as well as collaborate cross-functionally with team members. </li><li>Knowledge and experience in a variety of advertising methods, with a thorough understanding of SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and traditional. </li><li>Experience working remotely in a multi-location environment. </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>High levels of creativity and design thinking. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills. </li><li>Working with cross functional teams. </li><li>Ability to work with little direction and in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. </li><li>Excellent organization and presentation skills. </li><li>Exceptional time management skills </li><li>Extremely positive attitude. </li><li>Proactive and motivated to drive projects forward. </li><li>Desire to grow, both professionally and personally. </li></ul> <p>Benefits Offered</p> <p>In return for providing an excellent patient experience, we offer a great benefits package to include health and dental benefits, 401(k), holiday pay and paid time off.</p> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>$85,000 - $90,000</p> <p>Requisition Number</p> <p>2025-16380</p>
