<p>Remote Pre-Award Budget and Financial Analyst</p> <p>Employment Type: 6-month contract to hire, Remote</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, analyze, and negotiate detailed clinical trial budgets for industry-sponsored studies. </li><li>Provide support for budgeting on investigator-initiated studies as needed. </li><li>Review study protocols to identify cost drivers and operational requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with study teams, clinical departments, and external partners to validate budget assumptions. </li><li>Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders without financial backgrounds. </li><li>Ensure alignment between budget components, study requirements, and contract terms. </li><li>Maintain regular communication with study teams in a fully remote work environment. </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years relevant experience; 5 years preferred </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to explain financial data clearly to non-financial teams </li><li>Strong time-management skills and ability to excel in a remote setting </li><li>Comfortable interfacing frequently with study team. </li></ul> <p>Location Requirements</p> <p>This is a fully remote position; however, candidates cannot reside in:</p> <p>Alaska (AK), California (CA), Connecticut (CT), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), New Mexico (NM), North Dakota (ND), South Dakota (SD), Wyoming (WY)</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Haven, CT.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.67/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
