As a full service, continuing care campus, the goal of the Manor is to provide a comfortable, happy, secure environment for our residents. We strive to treat everyone just like members of our own family and to keep a clean, comfortable facility that is the closest thing possible to being at home.</p> <p>Full Time</p> <p>Monday-Friday 6a-2:30p</p> <p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>Cleans resident rooms, baths, offices, halls, and other areas by performing the following duties.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition. </li><li>Sweeps and mops resident floors. </li><li>Cleans bathrooms. </li><li>Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. </li><li>Dusts furniture and equipment. </li><li>Polishes metalwork. </li><li>Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. </li><li>Washes windows, door panels, and sills. </li><li>Empties wastebaskets. </li><li>Transports trash and waste to disposal area. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
