If you're looking for a rewarding career where you can truly impact lives, this is the place for you.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for patients. </li><li>Conduct routine safety checks and maintain accurate documentation. </li><li>Assist patients with daily living activities and encourage progress toward treatment goals. </li><li>Facilitate educational and rehabilitative groups on topics like coping skills, anger management, and independent living. </li><li>Monitor patient behavior and communicate observations to nursing staff. </li><li>Support patient well-being through compassionate interaction and professional care. </li><li>Participate in maintaining a secure and comfortable environment for patients and staff. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Experience: Six months or more working with behavioral health or addiction recovery populations preferred. </li><li>License: Valid State Driver's license required for this position. </li><li>Certifications: CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training provided upon hire).
