This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>$23.00 per hour </li><li>First Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM </li><li>Referral program </li><li>Opportunities for advancement </li><li>Supportive and team-oriented work environment </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred </li><li>3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Experience in lumber manufacturing or similar industry preferred </li><li>Prior experience in LTO roles or equivalent preferred </li><li>Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.) </li><li>Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality standards </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues </li><li>Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with production teams </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do as a Control Room Operator:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and control manufacturing processes using HMI systems </li><li>Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform minor repairs </li><li>Conduct preventive and autonomous maintenance activities </li><li>Coordinate with utility operators and production teams to optimize operations </li><li>Maintain accurate production, equipment, and process records </li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards, including TPI and AWPA requirements </li><li>Monitor product quality and identify non-conforming materials </li><li>Assist in scheduling production priorities and assigning tasks as needed </li><li>Support 5S practices to maintain a clean and organized work environment </li><li>Communicate performance issues, safety concerns, and process risks to management </li><li>Follow all company safety protocols and procedures </li></ul>
