As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive actionable decisions that enhance the safety and security of our people and operations. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and influence key stakeholders, making sure that our security measures are both proactive and impactful.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development of the Firm's physical security intelligence program </li><li>Integrate insights from multiple sources to assess the threat landscape </li><li>Collaborate with various teams to enhance security measures </li><li>Provide strategic advice to key stakeholders on security initiatives </li><li>Drive actionable decisions that improve safety and security protocols </li><li>Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks </li><li>Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for action </li><li>Foster partnerships across the security organization to achieve objectives </li></ul> <p>What You Must Have</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>8 years of intelligence analysis experience in corporate security, SOC, law enforcement, military, or government; 3+ years leading a similar function or team </li><li>Demonstrated success establishing collection plans, tripwire frameworks, and escalation governance </li><li>Extensive liaison network with U.S. federal/state/local agencies and relevant global partners </li></ul> <p>What Sets You Apart</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Intelligence/Security Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Criminology, Journalism preferred </li><li>Certifications such as ASIS APP/PSP/CPP, FEMA ICS/NIMS coursework preferred </li><li>Analyzing open-source reporting to identify safety trends </li><li>Collaborating across global teams to assess event impacts </li><li>Translating analysis into concise stories for senior audiences </li><li>Providing practical, risk-based solutions for risk management </li><li>Managing diverse viewpoints on global trends </li><li>Leading after-hours surge coverage during critical incidents </li><li>Maintaining awareness of evolving OSINT tools and standards </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <p>Up to 20%</p> <p>Job Posting End Date</p> <p>The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
