<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Account opening and pro-actively develop Baume & Mercier network footprint, Develop the distribution channel in accordance with brand strategy; visibility: space and shop in shop negotiation</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the day-to-day sales activity for authorized retailers in , Eastern/Central region, including stock management, merchandising, account servicing and coop marketing</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor sell-out activity at each point of sale, develop and implement changes to increase sell-through (including training, incentives programs)</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor competitive landscape within the region, distribution changes and provide constant feedback to the sales team</p> </li><li> <p>Support partners in planning, product allocation and stock management based on the agreed assortment</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and monitor action plan to achieve commercial qualitative and quantitative KPIs</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor the Brand Experience in all market touchpoints</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze market and customer developments as well as development of cooperative action plans (CRM)</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure Baume & Mercier's image complies with the Maison guidelines in each point of sale</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and run training programs for Sales Teams</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and conduct monthly meetings with partners</p> </li><li> <p>Develop proposals to strengthen the distribution network</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate the potential of new shop-in-shops and coordinate their implementation</p> </li><li> <p>Support retailer events within territory</p> </li><li> <p>Explore, Propose promotional events</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate regularly with Brand President on status of accounts, forecasts, sales analysis and other relevant reports</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 5 years of professional experience in luxury sales/retail preferred, luxury watches experience is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible, confident negotiator with strong interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong customer orientation with a healthy dose of ambition</p> </li><li> <p>Sales talent with modern omnichannel retail understanding</p> </li><li> <p>Independent, proactive approach with strong analytical skills</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible, able to work independently with strong follow through as well as part of the team and willing to travel up to 60%</p> </li><li> <p>Strong retail analytical skills, capable to provide strong reporting and able to communicate on how to improve the network</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in event management</p> </li></ul> <p>We offer a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
