<p>The Social Work Supervisor is responsible for the professional, clinical, and administrative oversight of Social Work staff across multiple locations, including the Main Campus, North Campus, East Campus, and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).</p> <p>This Supervisory Social Work role encompasses the comprehensive management of social work services within Primary Care Clinics, Emergency Department, Mental Health Unit, Acute Care SCI/D and M2VA Programs, including program development, service coordination, and quality assurance.</p> <p>Major duties include but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for all aspects of the provision of Primary Care, Emergency Department, Mental Health Unit, Acute Care, SCI/D and M2VA Social Work services throughout VASNHCS. </li><li>Perform supervisory duties for assigned staff to include but not limited to training, performance evaluations and personnel/HR actions. </li><li>Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for PACT, SCI/D, Emergency Department, Mental Health Unit, Acute Care and M2VA Social Work programs. </li><li>Complete Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE) for Social Workers within established time frames, to include assigning and completing corresponding chart reviews. </li><li>Develop policies and procedures for assigned programs necessary to manage overall program operation. </li><li>Prepare reports and statistics required for facility, VISN, and national use. </li><li>Provide coverage for other supervisors, clinicians, and services within the VASNHCS. </li><li>Provide clinical supervision for dependently licensed social workers. Serving as a field instructor for social work graduate students. </li><li>Provide direct patient care and is assigned a clinical caseload in their coverage area or as determined by the Social Work Service Chief and facility need. </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday</p> <p>Telework: Not Available Or This position is eligible for telework on an Ad- Hoc Basis</p> <p>Financial Disclosure Report: Not required</p>
