Must be 18 years old with Highschool Diploma or GED. </li><li>Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administration and guiding staff, and 6 months in child care. </li><li>Skills: Strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to provide clear guidance to a diverse team. </li><li>Knowledge: Understanding of how to effectively work with children, and familiarity with state licensing and accreditation rules is a plus. </li><li>Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must. </li></ul> <p>Ready to make a difference?
