This role reports to the Retail Channel Marketing Manager.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Operations & Project Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage marketing systems and tools, including asset platforms, vendor relationships, and dashboards</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee logistics for campaign deployment, promotions, and point-of-sale materials</p> </li><li> <p>Support dealer and designer events, ensuring flawless execution</p> </li><li> <p>Drive process improvements, including AI tool integration</p> </li></ul> <p>Planning & Execution</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate account plans and promotional activities</p> </li><li> <p>Manage shared trade budgets and develop creative asset briefs</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver new product go-to-market initiatives, merchandising, and event materials</p> </li></ul> <p>Data & Insights</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain sales, campaign, and promotion metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct account audits to ensure a consistent and premium brand experience</p> </li><li> <p>Compile actionable insights from data to guide marketing strategies</p> </li></ul> <p>Communication & Collaboration</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams</p> </li><li> <p>Keep stakeholders informed with quarterly project updates</p> </li><li> <p>Enable key dealers with high-quality brand print and digital assets</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>1-3 years' experience in marketing operations or a similar role</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and project management skills with cross-functional experience</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, LucidBoard, and asset management systems</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing external vendor relationships</p> </li><li> <p>A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong accountability</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for process-building, logistics, and turning ideas into tangible results</p> </li><li> <p>Team player with a collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in marketing, sales operations, project management, or business development</p> </li><li> <p>Background in a luxury, premium, or high-growth environment (appliance or home design industry preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with tools such as PowerBI, PIM systems, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Details</p> <ul> <li> <p>Travel: 5-10% travel required for dealer visits, events, and training sessions</p> </li><li> <p>Culture Fit: We value curiosity, creativity, and operational excellence.
