<p>Purpose of the Role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Load, unload, move, stack and stage products and materials using forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered industrial equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize handheld scanners for picking, receiving, put-away and loading functions</p> </li><li> <p>Keep equipment, materials and work areas neat, clean & organized</p> </li><li> <p>Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts and related equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Operate all machinery safely and efficiently, following established work methods</p> </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Safe Material Handling</p> </li><li> <p>Unload/load product with proper safety and handling techniques</p> </li><li> <p>Segregate, label, check and stage inbound/outbound product correctly</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation & Data</p> </li><li> <p>Complete and sign all required load paperwork</p> </li><li> <p>Enter accurate data in handheld devices</p> </li><li> <p>Housekeeping & Support</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain excellent housekeeping and adhere to safety policies</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with physical or cycle counts as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Quality & Reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Identify damages or quality issues; report overages/shortages</p> </li><li> <p>Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely</p> </li><li> <p>Team Collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Follow work instructions and support any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Technical & Soft Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Able to follow detailed instructions</p> </li><li> <p>Respectful, considerate team player</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry on handheld devices)</p> </li><li> <p>Good math, reading and verbal communication skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Regularly operate and sit on a powered industrial truck</p> </li><li> <p>Frequently lift up to 55 lbs and perform bending, stooping, standing, walking, turning and pivoting</p> </li><li> <p>Climb on/off equipment repeatedly</p> </li><li> <p>Tolerate varying temperatures (seasonal warehouse conditions)</p> </li></ul> <p>NOTICE TO APPLICANTS:</p> <p>Ravago Americas is an equal employment opportunity employer.
