This role focuses on enabling business users to apply AI meaningfully in day-to-day work, driving adoption, and ensuring usage aligns with governance, data protection, and security standards.</p> <p>You will act as a bridge between employees, business stakeholders, and technology teams-helping translate AI tools into real productivity gains and scalable ways of working.</p> <p>Key Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Enable employees to effectively use enterprise-approved AI tools for documentation, analysis, presentations, and productivity improvement. </li><li>Support the adoption and use of approved AI agents and low-code / no-code AI-enabled solutions. </li><li>Guide users on when and how to apply different AI tools or agents for specific business tasks and workflows. </li><li>Develop and maintain AI enablement assets, including playbooks, prompt guides, FAQs, and best-practice examples. </li><li>Deliver hands-on support, training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to build baseline AI literacy and confidence </li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to support AI adoption, change enablement, and consistent usage standards. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications, Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related disciplines. </li><li>Exposure to digital, analytics, or technology-enabled initiatives is an advantage. </li><li>Working knowledge of enterprise generative AI capabilities at a user-application level (non-engineering). </li><li>Ability to guide business users on effective prompting, use-case selection, and responsible AI usage. </li><li>Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Our Culture at Sembcorp</p> <p>At Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.</p> <p>We foster an institution-first mindset, where the success of Sembcorp takes precedence over individual interests.
