Tuition Assistance Scholar Program - receive up to $5,250/year in vouchers to complete business-related coursework </li></ul> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>The Contract Management/Client Services Domain Coordinator will manage daily operations in the Contract Management and Client Services (CMCS) Domain, ensuring analysis, prioritization, and strategic improvements for CMCS domain system enhancements. Act as the main liaison and expert for the Client Services department, facilitating collaborative business-related system modifications with stakeholders from Farmington Hills, Fort Worth, Canada, and Mexico. This position will coordinate closely with various departments and management to efficiently gather, refine, analyze, document, and communicate business needs and requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary contact for the Contract Management and Client Services domain, directing the prioritization of system enhancements through careful assessment of their business impact and regular updates to management. Responsibilities include managing idea submissions, assessing proposals, and organizing requirement gathering workshops. (35%)</p> </li><li> <p>Explore process optimization and automation within the Client Services department to lower future operational costs and enhance value for customers, dealers, brand partners, as well as internal and external clients. Collaborate closely with business and IT partners to generate solution ideas that align with defined business objectives. (25%)</p> </li><li> <p>Function as the core business support and subject matter expert for systems within the domain throughout pre- and post-release activities, including monthly system releases as well as ALFA Trunk updates. Which includes supporting test strategies, planning resource requirements and planning testing activities. (20%)</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for administrative duties and coordination for the Contract Management and Client Services domain, encompassing tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, presenting information, and recording meeting minutes. (10%)</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the key point of contact for Client Services file share topics, encompassing tasks such as handling requests for new folders, addressing access inquiries, and implementing retention policies. Take charge of managing Client Services departmental records and overseeing the annual cleanup process to ensure efficient data management.
