Operate as part of a treatment team. </li><li>Carry a caseload of Class Members, providing a spectrum of occupational therapy services as assigned by Supervisor. </li><li>Meets reporting, productivity, and service deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, DHS, and funding bodies. </li><li>This role requires the Occupational Therapist to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. </li><li>Collaborates with other LSSI programs/departments, including ACT and CST, as needed. </li><li>Prepares and maintains records and reports related to patient evaluation and treatment plans. </li><li>Provide skill that address the full scope of patient's needs. </li><li>Complete EHR documentation in a timely manner and in compliance with DHS and Rule 140 guidelines. </li><li>Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics. </li><li>Familiarity with Emergency Procedures. </li><li>Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, and other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner. </li></ul> <p>Position Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in occupational therapy required. </li><li>1-3 years of experience in mental health field is preferred. </li><li>OT/L (Occupational Therapist, License) is required. </li><li>Proficiency in EHR documentation and review. </li><li>Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards. </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Must have an Illinois license. </li><li>Regular driving is required. </li><li>Access to reliable transportation. </li><li>Valid Driver's License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance. </li><li>Valid Illinois statutory and liability insurance coverage is required. </li></ul>
