This role involves collecting and analyzing process data, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop efficient operational processes, including product enhancements, process flows, and workflow layouts to maximize productivity and minimize waste. </li><li>Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities, implement lean manufacturing principles, and apply data-driven methodologies such as Six Sigma to enhance performance. </li><li>Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve process-related issues, including equipment malfunctions, operational bottlenecks, and quality deviations, to ensure consistent output. </li><li>Collect process data through time studies, monitor performance metrics, and analyze trends to identify business opportunities and recommend improvements to achieve operational goals. </li><li>Serve as the point person for building out a work measurement framework to establish labor rates and tracking mechanisms. </li><li>Develop and maintain reporting systems for managing labor to support operational efficiency. </li><li>Enhance field inspection and visit workflows, including routing for District Managers (DMs), Regional Managers (RMs), inspection efficiencies, and proposal processes. </li><li>Develop, maintain, and own standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams to ensure consistency and clarity. </li><li>Work closely with operations, product, and field teams to support process implementation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. </li><li>Lead or support process-related projects, such as product enhancements, process upgrades, and cost-saving initiatives, ensuring timely completion within budget. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PE) is a plus. </li><li>2-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in operations, manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments. </li><li>Proficiency in process simulation software, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab), and PowerBI. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Get:</p> <p>At DMG, you'll be part of an amazing team that encourages learning, growth, and advancement.
