As we expand, we need a dedicated individual to join our team and uphold our commitment to compassion and quality service.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The RN Clinical Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the care management for their assigned caseload and clinicians in the Skilled Nursing Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.</p> <ul> <li>Required Home Health and Oasis Experience </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate all aspects of patient care, including recertification, admission, treatment, and discharge planning </li><li>Provide clinical and clerical management support </li><li>Collaborate with case managers and clinical field personnel to ensure optimal patient care </li><li>Work autonomously and demonstrate strong leadership skills </li><li>Work a flexible schedule, mix of in the office and field work </li><li>Exhibit motivation and eagerness to continually grow skills, with flexibility to adapt to changes </li><li>Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to navigate obstacles </li><li>Act as a team player and be willing to commute to patient homes when needed, assisting with visits as required </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current Supervisory/Case Management experience </li><li>RN License </li><li>Experience in home health and a management role </li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively </li></ul> <p>We offer competitive compensation starting from $83,000 commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO accrual, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a 401K plan.</p>
