<p>Duties</p> <ul> <li>Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for Students; maintain compliance with all Federal Regulations and State Policies regarding the education of students with disabilities. </li><li>Provide educational and behavioral support to enable students to improve academically and behaviorally. </li><li>Collect and analyze student data to modify and/or develop appropriate educational and behavioral goals. </li><li>Be able to implement specific educational and behavioral supports. </li><li>Provide direction and training to paraprofessional staff. </li><li>Effectively collaborate with a large team of professionals. </li><li>Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of the students. </li><li>Assess the accomplishments of students regularly and provide progress reports as required. </li><li>Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities. </li><li>Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulation. </li><li>Build a partnership with families, encouraging their active participation in students' learning. </li><li>Ensure appropriate accommodations to the curriculum, lessons, and learning environment.
