<p>CTG is seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Boq Apps Framework and modern web technologies to support enterprise application development initiatives for our client in San Jose, CA. Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 7 Months Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Java/JEE technologies. Build scalable web applications utilizing Boq Apps Framework, BoqWeb, and Soy. Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services. Implement modern software engineering practices including dependency injection, IoC, AOP, and TDD. Support enterprise transaction management, batch processing, and system integrations. Collaborate with Agile development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams. Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and production issues. Participate in CI/CD automation and DevOps-driven deployment processes. Required Skills: 7+ years of Java and web technologies experience. Strong experience with Boq Apps Framework, BoqWeb, and Soy. Hands-on expertise with REST/SOAP web services. Experience with enterprise Java frameworks and scalable application architecture. Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with functional programming and modern software design patterns. Familiarity with transaction management, batch processing, and data access frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
