Part time employees will receive vacation time accrual starting their second pay period of employment. </li><li>401(k) retirement plans - New employees eligible for 401(k) package at the first of the month following one month of employment (must be at least 18 years of age). </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Order Visa Cards and answers any questions members may have on Visa promptly and courteously. </li><li>Responsible for paying Credit Union Bills </li><li>Posts and Scans Investments. </li><li>Process check orders and resolve check order problems. </li><li>Performs tracking of Titles. </li><li>Monitors Safety Deposit Box Rentals and Notices. </li><li>Works with IRA's and RTI's (Returned Check Items). </li><li>Wire verification. </li><li>Process ACH files. </li><li>Process GAP and loan insurance claims. </li><li>Researches card processing disputes (signature based). Completes chargeback process. Adjusts members' accounts as needed. </li><li>Transmits PBF (Positive Balance File) and ICL (Check 21 end of day deposit). </li><li>Attends and participates in meetings as required. </li><li>Assumes responsibility for other duties as required or assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate or equivalent </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Professional attitude </li><li>Honesty and Integrity </li><li>Solid math skills </li><li>Good typing skills </li><li>Spanish Speaking Required </li></ul> <p>About us</p>
