You will analyze multi-layered engineering challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply knowledge of engineering standards, policies, and compliance requirements to ensure high-quality outcomes.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack applications across UI, backend, and data layers. </li><li>Own features from technical design through production release, ensuring performance, security, and operational readiness. </li><li>Deliver complex enterprise builds independently while meeting engineering and security standards. </li><li>Develop modern, responsive, accessible UI experiences using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. </li><li>Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA. </li><li>Develop and maintain high-quality RESTful APIs integrating UI, data, and downstream systems. </li><li>Design and implement graph data models for relationship-heavy domains. </li><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and OpenShift (OCP). </li><li>Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept initiatives. </li><li>Mentor other engineers through code reviews, design guidance, and best-practice advocacy. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.</p> <p>Experience: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.</p> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Frontend experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. </li><li>Backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA. </li><li>Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs. </li><li>Database expertise with SQL Server and MongoDB. </li><li>Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to independently deliver large, complex solutions in an enterprise environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Aura). </li><li>Experience designing knowledge graphs or relationship-driven data models. </li><li>Exposure to AI or GenAI-enabled applications and data platforms. </li><li>Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and enterprise observability tools. </li><li>Background supporting large-scale consumer or data platform environments. </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations</p> <ul> <li>Self-driven engineer capable of owning delivery with minimal oversight. </li><li>Comfortable challenging norms and introducing innovative engineering approaches. </li><li>Highly collaborative across engineering, business, and platform teams. </li><li>Lead design sessions, POCs, and high-impact technical workstreams. </li><li>Ability to work in a hybrid model aligned to U.S. EST business hours. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $58.91/hour to $60.00/hour.
