<p>The Shipper / Receiver is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all products that are received and/or shipped out of a specific location during the assigned shift.</p> <p>During their shift, Shipper/ Receivers work together in three main functions of the department: receiving, inventory control and cooler operations and shipping. They will work to company guidelines with respect to quality control, safety, and standard operating procedures to execute an accurate and on-time shipping function under the direction of shipping operations leadership.</p> <p>This position reports to the Shipping & Receiving Manager in charge of a given shift (AM, MID, PM) in Boston.</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the flow of goods; shipping and receiving of product </li><li>Obtain and process product orders </li><li>Receive, register and distributing packages and letters within the company </li><li>Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items </li><li>Assist with large shipments and planning of the logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items </li><li>Keep files of goods shipped and received </li><li>Ensure that the right products are delivered to that right location, on time </li><li>Assist with the assurance that quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction are met </li><li>Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of coolers and warehouse orders </li><li>Tracking and reporting to leadership: back-orders short-list items, and unfulfilled orders </li></ul>
