<p>Summary</p> <p>To provide bales of textiles to be sold in the salvage market and bale cardboard.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operates baler to prepare 1200 - 1500 pound bales for shipment. </li><li>Hand-load baler when necessary. </li><li>Bands and weighs bales. </li><li>Keeps a record of bale weights. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li><li>Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p> <p>None</p> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred but not required.</p> <p>Experience Requirements</p> <p>Experience operating a baling machine and counter-balance scale preferred.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
